  • Please arrive by 2:30 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:45 PM and doors will be closed to avoid interruptions.

  • Yes, Shuttles will take guests from the ceremony venue to the reception venue between 4:30–5:00 PM.

  • Yes, but we recommend taking an Uber/ Lyft to Taliesin then the shuttle so you can fully enjoy the evening.

  • yes although parking is limited at the ceremony location. there is parking at the reception venue.

  • we reccomend the phoenix airport hertz! that makes pickup and dropoff the easiest.

taliesin west

  • Following the ceremony, we’ll have drinks, light bites, and time to explore Taliesin West. shuttles will take everyone from the ceremony to the reception venue.

  • there is not an official tour but there will be docents present in the different spaces to answer questions and share information.

  • Taliesin West was Frank Lloyd Wright’s winter home and studio, built in the desert outside Scottsdale. He also lived and taught here, working alongside his apprentices as part of an architecture program that emphasized learning through design and building. Today, it’s considered one of his most important works and a unesco World Heritage site.

  • we recommend the scott, the andaz, the sanctuary, and the arizona biltmore hotels. Scottsdale has many other great options.

miscellaneous

  • Think formal attire with personality: elevated, expressive, and a little extra! Western touches are welcome but not required. ladies please avoid white or black dresses. view our guide here

    If you’re not sure where to start, think of this as your chance to wear something you love but don’t always have an occasion for. Start with a silhouette you feel great in, then elevate it: choose a richer fabric, a bolder color, or a statement piece. Add your personality through accessories or texture, and don’t be afraid to lean into what feels fun and a little extra. The goal is to feel like yourself, just a little more dressed up and fabulous!

  • a mix of both! the ceremony and dinner will take place indoors while the post ceremony tour and cocktail hour are outdoors.
